Job Role

The role involves driving strategic direction and implementation of paid search campaigns across highly visible brands. You'll be responsible for leading planning, optimization, and performance of paid search campaigns.

From a people management perspective, you will oversee the development of an offshore team member, providing guidance on their day-to-day delivery of work. Problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication, client servicing know-how, and qualified paid search knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of paid search campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and platform developments in SEM, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
  • Present and articulate approach, ideas, and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team.
  • Ensure delivery is to target.
  • Reporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring details are clear and accurate.
  • Manage and oversee the development of the offshore team member, including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing, and optimisations.
  • Ensure Account Managers, client Brand Managers, and the wider team clearly understand any challenges and apply appropriate solutions.
