Occupational Health Service Co-ordinator Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of this service, providing exceptional customer care and responding to enquiries and referrals with professionalism and efficiency.
">The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, awareness of data protection requirements, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. They will also possess a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn and continuously improve our processes and ways of working.

">Key Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for all enquiries and referrals into Occupational Health">
- Appointment/diary management, booking referral appointments and reviews">
- Interacting with a range of people, including employees, managers, and external partners">
- Issuing reports to employees and managers following their appointments and any follow-up documents required">
- Requesting, following up, and obtaining GP/specialist reports and scanning and uploading clinical documents to the OH medical record management system">
