Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all enquiries and referrals into Occupational Health">
  • Appointment/diary management, booking referral appointments and reviews">
  • Interacting with a range of people, including employees, managers, and external partners">
  • Issuing reports to employees and managers following their appointments and any follow-up documents required">
  • Requesting, following up, and obtaining GP/specialist reports and scanning and uploading clinical documents to the OH medical record management system">
