Personal Care Attendant Role

This position is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing care services for residents and helping them to maintain their independence.

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will work closely with the team to ensure that each resident receives high-quality care that meets their individual needs.

The role involves assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, as well as supporting residents with daily living activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure that each resident's needs are met

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance. You will also need to hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate and have a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.
