Production Leadership Role

This position involves overseeing daily operations to guarantee quality and productivity in a dynamic food-manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set an example by maintaining a safe work area, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and implementing processes to prevent repetitive-strain injuries.
  • Allocate production staff effectively, manage attendance and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Develop team members by rotating roles, conducting training sessions and facilitating the induction of new personnel into quality assurance processes.
  • Coordinate daily production schedules, monitor stock rotation and perform regular quality control checks.
Requirements
  • Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in a fast-paced food-manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food-safety processes, QA/GMP principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, enabling effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Ability to interpret and drive business outcomes through data analysis and decision-making.
