**Job Overview**

The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Plan and direct daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage and supervise production teams, fostering a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement production plans, procedures, and systems to optimise productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production output and adjust resources and processes to meet production targets, deadlines, and customer orders.
  • Oversee inventory management for raw materials, packaging, and finished products, maintaining accurate stock control and supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Research & Development teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve product quality, and support new product development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production management role within a food, pharmaceutical, or nutrition supplement manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and inventory control systems.
  • In-depth understanding of GMP and other relevant Australian manufacturing regulations.
