Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of residential home builds in the Bendigo region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and managing trades, establishing a reliable trade base, and building strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for enforcing correct building practices and procedures, delivering quality homes, and providing weekly KPI reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and managing trades to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
  • Delivering quality homes within set time frames and budget guidelines
  • Providing regular KPI reports to stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience supervising residential home builds or a strong trade background
  • A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
  • A completed General Construction Induction Course/White Card and valid driver's licence
  • Solid project management skills and experience managing a trade network
  • Effective communication skills with diverse customers and excellent customer service delivery
