We are currently seeking a seasoned site manager to oversee and direct the daily operations of our western location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site operators, visitors, and contractors in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Effectively manage plant and machinery traffic entering and leaving the site.
  • Coordinate and control material disposal on site.
  • Promote a strong safety culture with an emphasis on zero tolerance for unsafe work practices.
  • Maintain the site in a tidy, safe, and hazard-free condition.
  • Perform pre-start checks prior to operating site plant equipment.
  • Present a professional and approachable leadership presence to stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and contractors.
  • Record daily machine use according to site procedures.
  • Operate and supervise plant equipment in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Control movement, distribution, and testing of materials processed at the site.
  • Inspect loads and verify correct materials logging.
  • Manage and accurately record site costs in the site diary.
Requirements:
  • Material Knowledge - ability to identify fill material.
  • Strong awareness of compaction methods with earthmoving equipment to achieve project specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
