You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing efficient telephony and administrative support.
The successful candidate will work across a 7-day roster, including nights, to deliver exceptional customer service and support to patients, visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities include providing courteous, efficient telephony and front-of-house services, delivering outstanding customer service, and assisting with live data after hours.
As part of this team, you will also provide administrative support to the Emergency Department and overnight support for multiple facilities.
Requirements for this role include a passion for customer service and patient care, ability to remain composed under high-pressure conditions, strong teamwork skills, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
