We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care in aged care settings.
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in aged care settings.
- A qualification in Nursing.
- AHPRA Registration.
- At least 6 months experience in Aged Care in Australia.
- Current CPR & First Aid certifications.
- NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain.
