Scientific Relationship Specialist

Established relationships are crucial to our organization's success. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong connections with healthcare professionals in a defined geographic territory.

The Key Objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to foster collaboration with Doctors, Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists, and KOLs.
  • Work closely with QA & Commercial teams to align activities with the regional annual operating plan.
  • Utilize data insights to ensure that activities remain current and effective in promoting awareness and adoption of our medical and wellness portfolio.
  • Deliver scientific presentations to support the quality use of medicines.
  • Gather and communicate clinical insights identified through interactions with KOLs and HCPs.

Maintain accurate reporting as required by management, ensuring all activities are compliant with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Engage in continuous learning initiatives within the therapeutic area, including up-to-date knowledge of the literature and therapeutic area, attending scientific meetings, and meeting peer groups regularly.

Use CRM (Salesforce) effectively to provide valuable insights to leadership.
