We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our thoroughbred racing and training facilities in maintaining high-quality racecourses.

This role requires a strong background in track maintenance, equipment operation, and horse welfare. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including trainers, veterinarians, and stewards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of racecourse surfaces and grounds
  • Operation and management of equipment and machinery
  • Supervision of track and grounds personnel
  • Effective communication with stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines

Applicants should have a valid Class C driver's license and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and race days.
