We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. They will also have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and public sector regulations.

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is required, as well as proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.

In this role, you will work closely with internal departments to optimise financial processes and outcomes. You will also monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators, and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and public sector regulations
