Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Front Office Duty Manager.

  • Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities ensuring seamless hotel operations.
  • Manage Hotel team members on a daily basis including preparation of rosters, training and development, customer service standards and performance management.
  • Achieve business results by meeting set targets KPI's and objectives set by Senior Management.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and other laws and regulations assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee accounting and purchasing activities to ensure occupational health and safety regulations are met.
  • Provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours and transportation as needed.
  • Liaise with all Hotel departments to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through positive, productive and memorable interactions.

  • Proven track record of achieving business results.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and regulations.
