**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead employee relations outcomes. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on Employee Relations, Workplace Health and Safety, and employment legislation across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage complex cases related to employee conduct, workplace health and safety, and employment legislation
  • Support leaders in making informed decisions about people-related issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape our workplace culture

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Employee or Industrial Relations
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law; NZ experience is a plus
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Law, or Employee Relations
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and influence stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with a balanced approach to compliance and business needs
