**Job Description**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead employee relations outcomes. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on Employee Relations, Workplace Health and Safety, and employment legislation across Australia and New Zealand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage complex cases related to employee conduct, workplace health and safety, and employment legislation
- Support leaders in making informed decisions about people-related issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape our workplace culture
**Essential Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a similar role within Employee or Industrial Relations
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law; NZ experience is a plus
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Law, or Employee Relations
- Proven ability to coach leaders and influence stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a balanced approach to compliance and business needs
