**Job Overview:**

The LSU Controller is responsible for implementing and executing strategic decisions that drive business growth within the organisation. This involves investment, risk management, contract management, compliance, and more.

  • Contribute to developing a fit-for-purpose service strategy and business model within the organisation.
  • Translate strategy into actionable business plans and set measurable targets.
  • Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions and recommend actions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the overall business performance of the organisation, monitoring progress and providing insights to inform strategic decision making.
  • Ensure effective risk management processes are implemented and all contract management activities are executed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with in-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling, Risk Management.
  • Operational experience in Finance and Controlling, Risk Management, and industry expertise.
