We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team as an On-site Support Specialist.

The Role

This role involves providing ICT service desk management and technical support to enhance the end-user experience.

  • Respond promptly to Incidents and Service Requests.
  • Manage calls from initiation to resolution, ensuring customers are informed and expectations are met.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service throughout all communications.
  • Meet response targets in accordance with applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment.
  • Good knowledge of end-user technology support.
  • Fundamental understanding of ITIL principles.
  • A customer-centric approach in dealing with clients.
  • Sound knowledge of Standard Operating Environment (SOE) concepts.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Please note that candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold a minimum Baseline Australian Federal Government Security Clearance due to the inherent requirements of the role.
