The Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will work across various clients, from large multinational companies to small start-ups. You will collaborate closely with international and corporate tax specialists across our network in Australia and overseas.

This role is based in Melbourne and offers flexible work arrangements, including reduced hours, upon discussion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business knowledge to resolve client challenges. Support Partners on high-level engagements, including transfer pricing planning, compliance requirements, and tax authority engagement.
  • Manage engagements and maintain client relationships, reviewing transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models prepared by team members.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5+ years (Manager) / 7+ years (Senior Manager) of Transfer Pricing experience in a top-tier accounting firm or similar environment.
  • Experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide recommendations. Strong teaming and leadership skills are essential.
  • Commercial acumen, staying up-to-date on legal, economic, environmental, and political factors influencing transfer pricing.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification. Financial modelling, Excel, AI, and Bloomberg skills are beneficial.
