Job Title: Pre-Prep Educator

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pre-Prep Educator to join our Early Education Centre. This one-year full-time opportunity will commence in January 2026.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement engaging, play-based programs tailored to meet the needs and interests of our students.
  • Foster individual growth and development through thematic, emergent interest-based experiences.
  • Maintain developmental records and collaborate with the Director of Early Education.
  • Plan for long-term and short-term goals, ensuring every child feels valued and respected.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is essential for this position.
  • Experience working within an Early Learning Centre environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Ability to create inspiring learning environments that engage children.
