Townsville Grammar School is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing play-based programs that promote learning and development in young children. They will also work collaboratively with colleagues to establish and maintain developmental records, plan through play for long-term and short-term goals, and treat each child with dignity and respect.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment. A strong understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and the Early Years Learning Framework is also essential.
