This is a Coaching role within our Disability Employment Services team.

You will be working directly with participants to identify their skills and potential barriers to employment. Your key responsibility will be to engage collaboratively with them to achieve tailored employment goals.

This role is based at our Werribee site, where you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to creating opportunities for well-being, independence, and empowerment for everyone.

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Welcoming and engaging individuals phoning or visiting the site.
  • Providing one-to-one coaching sessions to assess career needs and facilitate participant development.
  • Promoting our services directly to school leavers, families, employers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Representing our team at local Career / Job Expos, Business forums, and events to build profile and awareness.
  • Using sales strategies to network with community organisations and create opportunities for participants.
  • Ensuring timely referral to employment opportunities, vocational training, employment activities, and non-vocational programs.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

Experience in customer service, client facing, or an administrative role.

Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and initiative.

Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.

Previous experience in Disability Employment Services Industry is desirable.

Able to develop relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.

Strong customer service experience.

**Essential Requirements**

Will to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

Current and valid driver's licence and own registered vehicle with a 4 or 5 star ANCAP safety rating.

Eligible to work in Australia.
