We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our service team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Liaise and support the service team with invoicing and ordering parts to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, and service scheduling to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Book, organize, and liaise with customers regarding their service and repair requirements, ensuring all necessary information is relayed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee the completion of jobs and ensure all documentation and information have been provided.
  • Invoice and take payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Operate specialized automotive computer software to streamline processes.
  • Undertake any other duties requested by Management to support the team's goals.

**Requirements**

  • Good planning skills with implementation and monitoring capabilities to direct and keep things on track.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for customers with both immediate and long-term requests.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and/or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
