We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team at The Athlete's Foot Springfield. As a key member of our store's success, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including maximizing sales, staff management, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and Motivate Team Members: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive a personalized and memorable shopping experience, providing them with the perfect fit, expert advice, and superior customer service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain a high level of operational efficiency, ensuring that all store processes and procedures are followed, and that the store is consistently presented in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
