Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for risk prevention and compliance tasks, including audits, incident reporting, database management, and filing.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, conduct investigations, respond quickly and efficiently to alarms, and initiate emergency response procedures where required.
  • Ensure the store remains compliant with all applicable rules, guidelines, and legislative requirements to protect assets and the brand.
  • Support a culture of Risk & Compliance by developing leadership approaches to identify and implement systems that detect, analyze, and reduce business loss, financial impact, prevent incidents and accidents in the store.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure health, safety, and security standards are met across all departments.

Requirements

  • A valid Security license and First Aid & CPR certifications, or the willingness and ability to obtain them.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring the customer is always at the forefront of our actions.
  • A passion for creating a safe and secure working environment and a commitment to leading by example.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and deliver clear instructions during emergencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, handle ad hoc requests while maintaining daily responsibilities.
  • Experience with regular use of computers, IT systems, completing administrative and reporting tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
