High Frequency Trading Specialist

Our high frequency trading team seeks an experienced Market Making Trader to drive our market making and arbitrage strategies across equities, derivatives, and global futures.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high frequency trading or low latency market making teams, with a strong understanding of trading strategies and programming experience preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Trading market making and arbitrage strategies on a high frequency/low latency basis.
- Utilizing advanced trading systems and alternative data platforms to apply machine learning and alpha strategies.
- Monitoring execution quality and risk controls; collaborating with research and operations teams.
Requirements for the position include:
- Experience in a high frequency trading or low latency market making team as a Trader.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills.
