About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit Marketing team at Data#3 Ltd. As a key member of our demand generation arm, you will design, develop, and deliver a wide range of marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives to drive demand across our portfolio of edge-to-cloud offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop vendor-aligned marketing strategies, plans, and activities, including gathering input from national and state-based management and sales teams.
  • Design and implement comprehensive multi-touch, omni-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Data#3's products, services, and solutions.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Create engaging and timely content for blogs, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of owned marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and shape customer journeys and buyer profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with Practice Managers, Solutions Specialists, and Subject Matter Experts to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Secure sales support and engagement in marketing strategies, plans, and activities in conjunction with senior business managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify in-market opportunities for Data#3 and aligned vendor partners.
  • Manage comprehensive budgets for allocated vendor Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
  • Prepare, plan, manage, and execute campaign-related digital or in-person events.
About You

We're looking for a super-organised self-starter, a problem solver, and a creative thinker who loves sinking their teeth into new topics or technologies to analyze features, benefits, and use cases. You'll have excellent communication, attention to detail, and time and project management skills, as well as stakeholder management experience.

You'll also have:

  • Proven success in B2B marketing, ideally within Technology or similar Professional Services industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer journey design.
  • Demonstrated success at running digital marketing campaigns, events, and reporting.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools like Pardot or Marketo.
  • Experience analyzing customer data and applying insights to marketing strategies.
  • Project management skills with an exceptional ability to multi-task and coordinate people and projects across different states, teams, and comms channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders, including C-level.
  • Professional presentation, strong business acumen, and outstanding attention to detail.
