Cloud Application Lead

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of customer integration at a prominent logistics firm. The ideal candidate will drive the development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Salesforce ecosystem, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establishing strategic direction and operational standards for Salesforce services.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and project-driven improvements.
  • Overseeing the stability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.
  • Managing integration with other systems, including Active Directory and identity access platforms.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver seamless solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection policies and user access controls.
  • Driving continuous improvement through performance monitoring and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platforms and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Experience in developing custom front-end applications using modern frameworks.
  • A deep understanding of customer experience principles and data architecture.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders and suppliers.
  • A resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving and risk management.
