Job Description:

As a key member of our event team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with venues and clients to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to cultivate strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with venue management to ensure smooth event logistics
  • Provide expert advice on audio-visual equipment and digital solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage crew rosters and schedules to optimize event delivery
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in events or sales
  • Relevant experience in audio-visual technology
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong business acumen and sales ability
  • Ability to foster meaningful business relationships
