Empower Women's Leadership Program

The Empower program aims to accelerate the careers of emerging and experienced female leaders by providing them with the training, support, and network needed to progress into leadership roles.

Despite being underrepresented in leadership positions, women possess valuable skills and perspectives that are essential to driving business growth and innovation. However, they often face significant barriers, including bias, lack of mentorship, and limited opportunities for development.

The Empower program seeks to address these challenges by offering a unique combination of personal and professional development opportunities, including:

  • Personal brand and networking
  • Emotional intelligence and having hard conversations
  • Communication and leadership presence
  • Gallup strengths assessment and coaching
  • 1:1 career development coaching sessions
  • International Women's Day event

To be eligible for the Empower program, candidates must identify as a first Nations Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander woman or a female tradie. They must also have strong leadership potential, a proven track record of achievements, and a commitment to growth.

The program will run over 7 months, with half-day sessions held at our Sydney CBD office on specific dates. Scholars will join a cohort of approximately 14 employees and participate in group discussions, workshops, and activities designed to foster collaboration, learning, and networking.
