Healthcare Customer Success Professional

This pivotal role involves driving successful adoption and utilization of cloud technologies by Australian Health agencies.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer support experience and assisting them in adopting cloud solutions.
  • Recognizing opportunities to improve the customer experience and solving problems using Microsoft technology.
  • Partnering with internal teams to drive quality delivery of proactive services within the support contract.
  • Leading prioritized Cloud Success programs to bring the best of One Microsoft to customers' digital transformation journey.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Strong relationship management skills to orchestrate across multiple teams.
  • Ability to understand high-level strategic business requirements while keeping across daily operational obligations.
  • Capacity to accelerate time to value by managing resources, influencing direction, and escalating technical blockers.
  • Growth Mindset approach to learning and stretching yourself outside your comfort zone.

This role is based in Perth and may involve minor travel. Experience working with customers in the Healthcare sector is considered an advantage.
