This position requires an experienced and highly organised individual to provide business services for a Joint Logistics Unit. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating administrative and business support activities, including resource and financial management, facilities management, and Work Health and Safety responsibilities.
About the TeamThe Joint Logistics Unit delivers logistics services to Defence customers in New South Wales, nationally and overseas. The team is dedicated to maintaining a learning culture and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative and business support activities
- Manage resources and finances effectively
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations
- Provide advice and services on complex corporate and administrative matters
- A proven ability to obtain at minimum a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating administrative and business support activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage individual workloads and priorities
