Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aviation Recruitment Specialist to join our team at ALG's Head Office in Brisbane.

About the Role:

  • Candidate Management: Oversee end-to-end candidate management, including sourcing applicants, qualifying candidates through interviews and documentation checks, and matching suitable candidates to job orders.
  • Database Management: Maintain up-to-date recruitment databases, ensuring required documentation is accurate for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes that meet customer expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.
  • Positive Workplace Environment: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere among colleagues, candidates, and employees, maintaining constructive and professional communication.
  • Work Health & Safety (WH&S): Adhere to ALG's WH&S policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe work conditions or equipment, and consulting with employees on workplace changes with WH&S components.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on competitive trends and activities within the aviation industry to anticipate customer and market needs.

About You:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and account management roles, preferably within the labour hire industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of initiative and ability to prioritise effectively while working to tight deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of the Aviation industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility for interstate travel when required.
  • Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Experience and proven ability to carry out recruitment tasks accurately and efficiently.
