Job Title:

Operational Manager Crisis Assessment And Treatment

Role Summary:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Assessment Treatment Team (CATT). The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, governance, and strategic direction to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients requiring acute mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and governance working closely with the Clinical Manager
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the CATT team
  • Develop, maintain, and evaluate specialist programs within the CATT service in conjunction with the Program Manager
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT, or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration and a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health or a specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
  • A minimum of 5 years' varied experience in Senior Positions within the mental health field in both acute and community mental health settings
  • Demonstrated significant problem-solving skills that require considerable understanding and interpretation of facility and departmental policy
  • Vast clinical experience and knowledge in Community Mental Health settings
