About the Role

This is a senior supervisory position responsible for coordinating workforce and technical requirements to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TRS and Well Construction, with a strong background in team leadership and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet client requirements.
  • Supervise wellsite crew and job planners to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide clear communication to staff through pre-job and post-job briefings.
  • Utilize technical expertise to develop service solutions and source equipment per client needs.
  • Effectively resolve service issues and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Manage third-party services and equipment within assigned locations.
  • Ensure incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with procedures and deadlines.
  • Collate costs and required information for invoicing purposes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years technical experience in TRS and Well Construction, including field experience.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to influence safe working practices.
