Regional Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Queensland.

This pivotal role requires strategic vision, leadership expertise, and the ability to foster high-performing teams. As Regional Director, you will oversee multiple OSHC services, driving quality improvement and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to build strong partnerships with schools, parishes, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of multiple OSHC services
  • Leadership development and coaching for Service Leaders
  • Development and implementation of strategies to enhance performance and quality
  • Stakeholder engagement and partnership building
  • Embodying our values and mission through exceptional leadership

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess proven multi-site leadership experience, a strong record of improving compliance and team performance, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. A relevant qualification in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management, or a related field is essential.
