Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Category Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective category management strategies that drive value for money and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement category management plans to achieve strategic objectives
  2. Manage sourcing processes, including market research, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and contract management
  3. Analyze and interpret data to inform procurement decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings
  4. Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Demonstrated experience in category management, sourcing, and contract management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
