We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead and grow an upcoming Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program at Bluewater in QLD.

As a Youth Development Leader, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and families
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the community

  • Duties:
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver OSHC programs
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of children aged 5-12 years
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the community

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of educators in an OSHC setting
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
