Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Proactively address guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are communicated effectively to the team.
  • Sell special promotions and facilities to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Treat customers and colleagues with respect and sensitivity.
  • Provide guidance, support, and leadership to employees.
  • Assist in all areas during peak times to prevent issues.
  • Maintain the health and safety of patrons, guests, and staff members.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to meet departmental goals.
Requirements
  • A diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry with strong front office expertise.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, Microsoft Office, and labor laws.
