The Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Business Analyst to join our team on an 18-month contract with the possibility to go temp to perm. The successful candidate will report directly to the FP&A Manager and be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage the coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting activities.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive 3-way financial models that include P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Oversee the financial management of the head office, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and CAPEX.
  • Consolidate budgets across the organization.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and key goals.
  • Continuously refine and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes, handling various data types.
  • Create and update dashboard reports for management insights.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting on business performance.
  • Assess investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis for CapEx projects.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience within a commercial business.
  • Experience using large systems, including PowerBi.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • CPA qualified.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
