Job Title: Transactional Services Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Services Team Lead to oversee the transactional accounting and accounts payable teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily, month-end, and year-end transactional accounting processes, as well as overseeing the credit card claim system and monitoring the flow and distribution of the finance inbox.

Key responsibilities include managing group cash flow and loans, implementing and continuously improving AP automation processes, and ensuring adherence to standard operating practices and processes.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in finance or a related commercial field, advanced Excel skills, and experience in SAP. Proven experience in a transactional finance supervisory environment, identifying and leading initiatives for continuous improvement, and enhancing efficiency are essential requirements for this role.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess high-level communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
