We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to fill key positions for projects in Adelaide.

About the Role:

Mk2 requires experienced professionals proficient in operating a range of heavy machinery. Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and possess skills in various tasks including trenching, earthmoving, levelling, and compacting for construction, roadworks, and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating diverse heavy machinery such as rollers, excavators, graders, skid steers, backhoes, dozers, loaders, and trucks
  • Digging trenches around underground services while ensuring no damage to utilities like gas, water, and electrical lines
  • Performing final trim work to meet project specifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery in civil construction or related industries
  • Holding a valid Construction White Card
  • Relevant operator tickets (e.g., LE, LL, LS)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Minimum of 2 contactable professional references within the last 6 months
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks like heavy repetitive lifting, kneeling, and squatting
