About the Role

This is a hands-on role that involves operating front-end loaders and other equipment safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining high grain quality, supporting road transport operations, and ensuring bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean and well-maintained.

  • Safely operate front-end loaders for grain movement and bunker management.

  • Lead and support seasonal staff during peak periods.
  • Assist with other tasks across sites as directed.
