Job Overview

The Food & Beverage Attendant role involves working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items
  • Provide personalised and outstanding service to all guests
  • Open, set up and close the outlet
  • Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu
  • Set, clear and reset designated working areas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage attendant or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
  • A current RSA certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
