**The Role**:
This role will give you the opportunity to work as a part of a supportive team, you will be working in a fast paced and exciting environment, You will need excellent customer service skills to build relationships with all stakeholders and the ability to update and maintain records, process customer orders, enquiries and follow up on any issues. This is an exciting role that will allow you to use multiple skills where no one day is the same

**About you**:

- You will be a hard-working, committed and passionate with a can-do attitude
- Have excellent customer relationship skills to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail
- Great computer skills (including Word, Excel)
- Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a larger team.
- Previous call centre experience preferably in the Food Service industry an advantage.
