Key Finance and Administration Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to manage our financial operations.

About the Role:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including invoicing, reconciling, and payroll management.
  • Work in Xero to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support general office administration to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Prepare financial reports, help with budgets, and support decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a friendly and professional manner.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years' experience in a finance/admin role.
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and payroll functions.
  • Advanced skills in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and ready to take ownership.
  • Must have own transport.
