Job Overview

This role offers a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Aboriginal Practice Manager to lead the Social Emotional Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will provide high-level oversight of effective, high-quality, and culturally responsive services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and management of the Aboriginal staff within the Congress Social and Emotional Wellbeing team
  • High-level oversight of service coordination, staff recruitment, budgetary reviews, service performance reviews, report writing, and staff support
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
