About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care by following evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients within the theatre complex.
  • Implement strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional development.
  • Provide education and training assistance to other staff when applicable.
About the Company

Our company has been providing care to patients in greater western Sydney for over 20 years. We have 98 patient-beds and provide a large range of medical and acute services, including seven operating theatres, an Angiography suite, and a Level Two Special Care Nursery.

About You
  • Current Registration with AHPRA.
  • 18 months minimum experience as an RN.
  • Working with Children check (if relevant).
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care.
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
