Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at IPAR. As a key member of our occupational rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with workplace injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

About the Role

This diverse and challenging role will see you working with a range of clients, including those with physical and psychological conditions. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert clinical advice and guidance to clients, employers, and medical professionals;
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services;
  • Completing assessments and reviews to identify suitable employment opportunities for workers with injuries or health conditions;
  • Providing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve return to work outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work, with registration with AHPRA or AASW;
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
