Podcast Production Manager

  • We are seeking an experienced audio professional to oversee the entire post-production process for our podcast.
  • Key responsibilities include editing, mixing, and mastering episodes to deliver high-quality sound, pacing, and flow.
  • This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • You will be responsible for incorporating intros, outros, music beds, ad spots, transitions, and community contributions as needed.
  • Maintaining consistent audio quality across episodes is crucial in this position.
  • The successful candidate will also manage the full post-production workflow, ensuring timely delivery of episodes and meeting publishing schedules.
  • Prior experience in writing show notes that clearly explain episode themes and key takeaways is essential.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for tagging and uploading metadata, links, guest information, and assets to the hosting platform and website.
  • Effective communication with hosts, guests, and internal teams is vital to align on episode logistics and timelines.

  • Staying up-to-date with podcast trends and suggesting ways to enhance production and engagement is a critical aspect of this role.
