Occupational Therapy Team Leader/Manager

The Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our national team of therapists. As a key member, you will perform clinical services to clients with various diagnoses and disability types.

As a Team Leader, you will play an integral part in the personal growth and development of our clients. You will form close bonds with your clients and celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases
  • Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting-edge strategies and interventions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
