Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory management.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste, reduce stock levels, and improve product freshness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality produce.
  • Conduct regular store walks to ensure high standards of food safety, presentation, and overall store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with the store manager and department managers to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 1-2 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a retail or hospitality environment is required.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, are necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, are crucial.
